Free platform services
PropDetail does not charge for browsing, listing, saving, or contacting. Independent agents or professionals may charge their own disclosed fees; they do not act for PropDetail merely by using the platform.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, post only properties you are authorized to represent, respect intellectual property and privacy, and do not scrape leads, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Property due diligence
Listings may contain user-provided information. Unless explicitly marked verified after a real review, information is not independently verified. Users must independently assess title, approvals, RERA applicability, condition, pricing, and counterparties.
Moderation
PropDetail may review, pause, reject, archive, or remove content that violates listing rules or creates safety, legal, or integrity concerns. Weak automated risk signals alone should not be treated as conclusive fraud findings.
Availability and liability
The service may change or experience interruptions. These draft terms require professional legal review before production launch and are not a substitute for transaction-specific advice.
