Authority to list
Post only property you own or are genuinely authorized to represent. Select Owner, Agent, Builder, or Authorized Representative accurately.
Accurate details
Keep price, area types, parking type, availability, location, property condition, and contact preferences current. Never describe super built-up area as carpet area.
Legal and verification claims
RERA applicability varies. A number entered by a user is not a verified approval. Do not fabricate registrations, approvals, credentials, ownership documents, or verification badges.
Media and privacy
Use media you own or may lawfully publish. Do not upload watermarked copies from other platforms, faces without consent, Aadhaar, PAN, sale deeds, keys, access codes, or private residential details.
Unavailable property
Pause or mark a property sold or rented promptly. Duplicate, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or already-unavailable listings may be removed.
