Why we use it
To operate property search and listings, connect consenting users, prevent abuse, secure accounts, meet legal obligations, and respond to support or data-rights requests.
Sharing and visibility
Published property details are public. Precise addresses, private documents, email addresses, and phone numbers are restricted according to authorization and sharing preferences. Service providers receive only the information necessary to perform contracted work.
Your choices
You may correct profile or listing data, control contact sharing, request access, withdraw optional consent, and request account deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
Retention and security
Data is retained only for documented product, safety, audit, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Access controls, encryption in transit, token rotation, audit logs, and backups reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.
